HDB那边还没有办理转名手续。按照HDB的条例,只要对方是够资格拥有HDB的话(满了21岁,没有组屋这些限制条件), 屋子会自动转给另外一方,不会被算到遗产里面去。这是HDB特别的地方。
现任妻子,能享受权益的,只是遗产的部分。如果HDB根本不算到遗产里,跟现任妻子根本没关系了,找律师纯粹是浪费钱吧。
Most of the HDBs in Singapore are held in joint tenancy. Under joint tenancy, if one of the flat owners passes away, the deceased joint-tenant’s share or interest in the flat will be passed on to the surviving joint tenant(s).For example, husband and wife (both above 21 years old) are holding the flat under joint tenancy. If the husband passes away, the surviving wife can take over the flat as the sole lessee if she is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR. If the lease had already been issued for the flat, a legal document known as the Notice of Death instrument will have to be prepared and lodged with the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) to allow the authorities to update the land records accordingly. -
