Phone Repair SpecialistCurrently, we have both part-time and full-time positions available for Repair Technician roles.Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosis of both Android and iOS devices
- Dismantling and assembling/testing of sets
- Software OS installation
- Repairing and replacement of faulty components/parts
- Complete repairs as requested by supervisor
- Assist and follow-up with customers' query when necessary
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer software/hardware
- Willingness to learn and upgrade knowledge/skills to keep up with the latest technology
- Professional presentation and manner
- Organised and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines
- Good customer service skills
