Grab/Uber只有公民才可以驾

已经在驾的PR呢？

如下简单的说，就是PR不能在没有工作的情况下驾Grab/Uber。Uber要求PR有工作才可以驾，Grab要求更严格，PR持租车公司工作。毕竟PR有几十万人，不能和公民抢这个工作。

As of July 1,2017, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) require that all private hire car drivers hold a Private Hire Car Driver’s Vocational Licence (PDVL) to drive on ridesharing platforms.

How does it impact me?

All Singaporean Permanent Resident and Foreign Work Pass Holders may apply for the PDVL only if they are employed by a chauffeured services company.

PR drivers are required to provide an employment letter (with job title ”Chauffeured Services Driver”) from a chauffeured services company in order to submit their PDVL application.

Work Pass Holders applying for PDVL must submit a copy of their Work Permit (stating "Chauffeur" as Vocation) and Certificate of Conduct along with their employment letter.

7月以后也没有听说LTA有更新成只有新加坡人才可以啊.

反正PR和foreigner归入同一档了
