确定4月30号开（早报讯）星展集团（DBS）将在4月30日下午2时30分举办虚拟常年股东大会，并由集团主席佘林发以及执行总裁高博德（Piyush Gupta）来主持，股东则可以透过观看网络直播或拨电聆听方式来远程参与。
该集团今天傍晚发布文告披露，每股33分年终股息一旦在股东大会上通过，将在5月26日派发。 -

NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 13 May 2020 (Wednesday) up to (and including) 14 May 2020 (Thursday) for the purposes of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed final one-tier tax exempt dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (“FY2019 Final Dividend”) of 33 cents for every ordinary share (“Share”) held, subject to shareholders’ approval of the FY2019 Final Dividend at the Adjourned Annual General Meeting of DBSH to be convened on 30 April 2020 (“2020 Adjourned AGM”).
Duly completed registrable transfers of Shares received by DBSH’s Share Registrar, at 80 Robinson Road #02-00, Singapore 068898 up to 5.00 p.m. on 13 May 2020 will be registered before entitlements to the FY2019 Final Dividend are determined. Members whose securities accounts with CDP are credited with Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 13 May 2020 will rank for the FY2019 Final Dividend.
The proposed FY2019 Final Dividend, if approved by shareholders at the 2020 Adjourned AGM, will be paid on 26 May 2020.
