所以现在中学生可以自己申请公民了？
iND • • 23582 次浏览譬如全家 PR 这种情况，以前必须至少一个大人带着孩子申请公民，现在未成年的孩子就可以独立申请了？
这是抗老龄化的节奏吗？

很久了吗？ICA 官网上倒是有说：
4. Are a PR studying in Singapore; and have been residing in Singapore for more than 3 years (of which, at least one year as a PR); and have passed at least one national exam (i.e. PSLE, GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ levels), or are in the Integrated Programme (IP).
但是查一下至少 2017年底还没有这个 schema，gov.sg 上也没有这个新的信息。但是 2018年初就有了。 -
