ANNOUNCEMENT FESTIVAL WALK INCIDENT13 November 2019 – Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust Management Ltd. (“MNACTM” or the “Manager”), the Manager of Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust, wishes to inform that there was extensive damage toFestival Walkdue to various incidentson the night of 12 November 2019.A few groups of protestors smashed the glass panels at entrances to the property, including the office lobby and balustrades on various levels of the mall. They also set fire to the Christmas tree within the mall, as well asthe office lobby.Thefires wereeventually put out. There was no report of injuries.The mallhas been closed for operations since 2 pm on 12 November 2019 amid city-wide disruptions.
The mall will be closed on 13 November 2019. The Manager is assessing the damage provide an update in due course.
