Roles and Responsibilities:
Essential


At least 5+ years of total experience in testing.
Skills Technical CRM Tester with at least 4+ years of MS CRM Testing experience
Proven hands-on working experience in MS Dynamics CRM based testing projects
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Experienced in at least 2 MS CRM versions e.g. Dynamics 365 Online/On-Premise, 2016, 2015, 2013
Client engagement
Scrum experience
Prepare test strategy, test plan, test reports
System Testing, Integration Testing
Atleast 1 testing tool experience like JIRA, QC, etc.
Analysis skills
Excellent communication skills

Preferred

Automation experience/ knowledge is an added advantage
Techno-Functional Knowledge is not mandatory but an added advantage
Experienced in Agile methodologies
Additional Skills:


Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
