Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and hands on Program Manager who has a proven track record of managing Senior Manager to CXO level client relationship and can build this rapidly.
- The candidate should have proved experience in handling large core banking transformation program and Multi country roll outs across the world.
- Strong knowledge of Banking domain and hands on knowledge on detailed life cycle of product and package implementation in agile, waterfall and Hybrid implementation model is a must.
- Hands-on experience on Program Management Process (e.g. P3M, C4C), Program Governance, Stakeholder Management, Scoping & Estimation, Risk Management, Project Tracking & Control, Project Operations Management, People Management
- Proven expertise in handling projects involving multiple Third-Party suppliers
- Strong process orientation, adept in implementing CMMi processes across large
- programs, different technologies & methodologies
- The candidate will have to perform competitor analysis, industry analysis, client introduction, customer mapping, solution and win theme design, contract negotiations, demonstrating business value to the client, growing accounts and minimizing revenue leakage within the boundaries of company policies and guidelines.
- Work closely with global teams in a fast-changing technology landscape with an ability to display initiative and work in an unstructured environment. Candidate will need to build CXO relationships and should be equipped to create demand for Infosys service offerings in clients’ landscape.
- Understand client-side business requirements and provide value led solutions. Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings.
- Knowledge of Finacle transformation is an added advantage.
Job requirements:
Minimum of 15 years of IT service experience and 10+ years of Program Management experience across multiple clients and geographies.
- Minimum 7-year experience in handling core Banking transformation programs
- Minimum 3-year experience of handling large teams to the size of around 50 in a global delivery model
- Good experience in Account Management and Mining
- Candidate should have a proven track record of creating and managing a portfolio of 10+MN USD for IT services.
- Candidate should be able to quickly build a strategic relation with key stakeholders of Bank
- Should be ready for extensive travels within and outside the county.

In the role of Senior Project Manager, you would be expected to hold end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects, participate and ensure proposal, estimation and scope for a project is completed, build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor and review deliverables of project teams and report project status, manage project risks, ensure successful delivery and implementation, build formal and informal client relationships at the account level, take ownership of people and their performance management in the project WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients with their domain, service and technology are WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
Skills /Competencies:
Project/Program Management
People and Team Management
Customer engagement and able to devise strategies on customer satisfaction
Well conversed with software development processes and approaches
Agile/Scrum, work and effort estimation
Java/J2EE Technologies, Web Services, APIs, ReactJS, NodeJS
OR
.NET. MVC, SQL.
Essential:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred:
At least 5 years of recent experience in project management area, especially account/portfolio management and has exposure to below various areas of responsibilities:
client management, project tracking, project scoping, people management, knowledge management, risk planning and management and Implementation activities like transitions
proposals development
Unit/Org activities
Quality and Compliance activities
At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle. Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
Exposure of various technologies around either
Java/J2EE Technologies, Web Services, APIs, ReactJS, NodeJS
OR
(2) .NET. MVC, SQL. Ability to build & manage multi-technology projects.
Ability to build teams and manage programs in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Communication and Analytical skills
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills. -
