Responsibilities:

Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related;
2. At least two years’ experience of technical support in Telecom/CCTV industry or relevant;
3. Good communication skills and sense of customer-focus, fluent in English and Chinese.
