Google 了一下The future premiums of the rider for some customers of Prudential's Integrated Shield plan (IP) will be based on how much they make use of private hospitals.
The system is similar to how motorists enjoy a no-claim discount on motor insurance with zero claims and a loading when they incur claims.
Affected Prudential customers could see their rider's renewal premiums increase by up to three times. Conversely, they will enjoy a 10 per cent discount on renewal premiums if there are no claims in the past three policy years. -

prudential就算了吧根据理赔决定保费…

不能这样讲1. 羊毛出在羊身上. 保费每年涨20%就是因为私人医院过度医疗。
2. 这个只影响私人医院的 Rider. -

区别1. 看对比表格，还是有区别。比如年最高索偿额一个可能500千，另外一个 600千。
2. 是否有你熟悉的保险经纪，这个极为重要。有些网上卖的保险，便宜，但没有经纪。
3. 保险公司财力，债券评级是不同的。
4. 保险公司拒赔比率，索赔时间也是不同的。
5. 服务好坏是有区别的。 -

newborn最好买AIA吧，还有GE貌似也可以考虑，据说其它几家都有挺长的观察期。
