同一家银行不算refinance是算reprice。 已经快到锁定期或者已经过了锁定期, 可以直接联系银行的房贷部门更换配套。
但是很多银行最优惠的利率配套是只给new cutomer, 不给existing customer的, 所以才有很多人换去别家银行。 -

在uob贷款十年了期间reprice过几次都是500,一次也没免过
有的时候是说已经从800减到500了
最近这次试图从500减到300,banker说贷款额超过了某个数,所以不能减到300 -

看错了,以为你问的是refinancing fee个人经验,repricing fee 500不能免 / refinancing legal fee 2200左右,新银行会给2000的legal subsidy
