Reprice也是这个利率吗?dbs fix 3年到期,今天打dbs问了一下,固定利率给的是2.28% fix 2年,浮动利率给的是FHR8+1.13=2.08%, 锁定2年。
需要付手续费300新刀。 -

有个疑问,配套是否因为贷款金额而不同。昨天去OCBC帮队友问房贷配套,职员竟然说不能给相关资料。这种配套还需要保密?还真是不明白。

可以refiance 去UOBUOB的国庆优惠可以matchDBS的优惠价格,但只针对新客户,已打电话问过了,哈哈
