刚买的luna mini出了问题,怎么保修,怎么申请?有经验的妹子请帮忙。谢谢啦

我遇到过我的上一个luna一代 用了9个月左右 充电后发现待机时间很短 我和客服联系 他们给了我中国维修部地址以及warranty request编号 寄回去检查 没过多久回复邮件告诉我可以免费换个新的给我。

序列号和receipt都要的
客服会告诉你都要什么。 记得还要拍照什么的,你发邮件问问先。

谢谢妹妹因为一个妹子从我这儿收了一个,说不能用。我很着急。突然想到我买了好几个准备回国送人当礼物,难道还要打印收据一起给。如果别人送的没有收据,准确购买日期,难道就不能保修了吗?

收据电子版就可以了,拍个照或者扫描一下主要确认是否在质保期内

在网上注册保修就可以了Luna2买了没多久,当时就让上官网注册,注册之后后面有一个Claim的按钮。我还记得是两年之内有质量问题免费换新,十年之内换新打5折。网站上没提要收据的事,不过有肯定最好。没有的话Sephora的会员可以查到购买记录打印出来估计也可以

谢谢妹妹,我写信去foreo官网了问他们如果朋友送的礼物,没收据,是不是不保修了,怎么处理?等明白了,再汇报,大家一起分享,谁知道哪天坏了呢?购货网站真棒,二话不说就给我换新的,问我运费,我说不清楚大概20新币左右,让我寄出后告诉邮费。不过希望那个妹妹可以先在官网上自己解决,以免将来又出现故障。

mm他们有回你吗?我本来也是想出一个。 但是invoice上有个人信息什么的, 我不是很想给买家。 如果帮买家注册, 以后claim的时候也得我来claim, 感觉挺麻烦的啊。。。看来那就只能送人了...

还没回呢,回了告诉你我只是给那个妹子截图一部分,把我的个人资料和信用卡截掉了,有订单号和日期,不知道行不?还没回信呢!我想让她自己去foreo官网就是觉得以后不要找我了。谁知道一年半载后的情况。不过购物网站直接找客服live chat,二话不说已经发换货单了,只是还要找那个妹子拿机子,再寄回,等寄来新的再送给她,大家麻烦。如果foreo不行就寄回了,希望一切顺利!还是amazon好,箱子里有个小收据,没有任何个人信息,只是产品的。

1. Refresh the web page
2. Click "Log in" at the top of the website:www.foreo.com.
3. You can then register your account with us or log into your existing account.
4. Click the "REGISTER WARRANTY".
5. Make sure that you have filled in the serial number field.
6. You can then scroll below where you are registering the product as it may have already been registered. If in the: “YOUR REGISTERED PRODUCTS” you see the product information at the bottom, it means you have already registered the product successfully.
7. You can also try to use Mozilla Firefox as our website tends to work best with this internet browser.

他这个只是回答了怎么register并没有说怎么claim啊。 register的时候可能不需要invoice 或者receipt, 但是claim的时候如果没有invoice可能claim不了吧。

3.What's wrong with the product?
4.Do you know under which email address this product was registered?
5.Could you please contact your friend and ask for a purchase proof? If you don’t have the receipt, please provide us with a screen shot of the transaction record including the store name, your name and shipping address
6.Pictures of your product, from the front, back and bottom.
