    没完全读懂是不是confirm list 共有2300+套,reserve list有5100+套?

    这些是2017整年私宅数量?那如果是,就说明政府在收紧卖地。

    这是明年上半年的从这个数据上,加上之前公布的HDB的明年BTO的数量上,看得出来政府没有很明显的收紧,基本就是供需保持平衡吧。

    另一方面,可以猜测下在市场一致认为供需失衡的情况下,为什么政府还没有明显收紧供应呢?
    这是不是表明政府有一整套想法了,也就是要对需求开始放松了?
