这个好像确实有点没道理难道学历太低？或者配偶薪水太高，却没加入申请？

这意思是要带配偶一起申请的意思吧没有被问到为什么夫妻只申请一个么？

谢谢大家的答复老公薪水高一些，但是不愿意申请公民(独生子，父母年纪大了)，上次ICA交材料的时候已经解释给官员听了。这种情况究竟是申请人薪水太低还是非要全家一起上不可？ 另外被拒后多久才能重新申请?

你当初申请PR是你老公Sponsor的吗？如果是，这是主因，因为你不是独立PR，这样导致评估你的申请材料时你的总分不达标。申请公民最好全家一起申请，或者主PR自己申请。

感觉有两地分居的风险

个人经验供参考单独申请公民的时候已婚3年，pr快5年，没娃儿，老公PR不到点儿3年。pending了10个月左右下来了。个人感觉和薪水还有自身条件还是有些关系的。也许ICA只是想让你老公也入籍，楼主不妨再试一次，身边有人也是带儿子被拒绝，又申请一次就成功了的。这期间争取跳槽加薪。

你老公是没想清楚呀老人年纪大了和自己入籍有个毛的关系，新加坡护照免签中国，想要长居，有老人在的情况下，申请长期签证也不是多困难的事情。
其次，如果家庭都在这边，孩子都在这里上学的话，回去的可能性基本没有。

有国际著名大城市户口啊，入籍就得放弃那么多人挤破头都抢不到，唉

太扯了户口这个东西，要是没有，生活比较麻烦，但是你有，并不代表你就有啥利益可图，也就是能让你生活没那么麻烦而已。户口不可转让，不可变现。你不住在当地，北京户口和驻马店户口并没有什么区别。

情况类似不过是拿着国际大城市户口的家属自己带娃申请，申请时PR两年，半年后批准

这个不同意，和怎么拿到PR关系不大和老公一起申请关系也不大。我当年就是靠老公拿的所谓的DPR，然后自己带娃申请公民。很顺利就拿到了，都没问为什么老公不申请。主要还是看主申请人的自身条件。

周围大部分的中国夫妻都保留了一个中国籍 楼主慎重

感觉要么加薪，要么一家人一起申请独生子女父母年迈什么的，这些理由都太敷衍了，如果和ICA的人说换国籍是大事情，老公还没有准备好，效果会不会稍微好一些？

去年我自己申请，没有带老公和孩子，当时特别担心ICA会问这个问题，参考了很多回复，后来还是决定说 我老公和孩子还没有准备好，庆幸的是ICA的人没问

评估申请材料时是每项打分的在PR状态这一项下面，独立PR比DPR得分高。如果这个DPR有其他的加分项（比如高薪水或高学历），那总分还是能达标的。

确实如果一起都入了籍，将来政策有变是否方便长期回去谁都说不好。
不过不入籍一家人出去旅行总有一个人要签证...

觉得没法长期在国内照顾吧短期还成，毕竟还需要工作啊……

个人意见当然是老公不要入籍
一旦全家入籍了，就少了一条退路。
比如以后老了回国退休之类的。

大不了你多申请几次，反正你也不急着入籍，政府迟早会批准的

其实一家人拿同样的护照比较好，出行方便。至于回中国，如果长期回去，就办工作签证，没问题的。中国的工作机会很多，能留在新加坡拿到公民身份的，基本上都是海外高端人才，国内很欢迎的。国籍不是问题，我入新加坡籍已经十年了，但也快要回国工作了，国内给的薪酬待遇是我在新加坡的两三倍。

楼主等了多久被拒的？

这位同学的毛病就是以偏概全和上次推荐火锅一样，以偏概全。工作机会是多，问题是竞争者更多。不能把自己的特殊机遇当成普遍现实，这会误导很多人的。

还真不是

如果是高校，因为外籍有些升职和退休待遇和你无缘。

如果是私企，不是都可以申请工签。

等你回去就知道了，有用的是新币不是护照。

你没有Get到我说的点重点是一家人保持一样的护照出行方便。我家是过来人，最早是我一个人申请入籍，然后是给我儿子申请入籍，两年后再给我老婆申请入籍，当时的情况是不入不行，要不然没法给岳父岳母解决长期签证的问题；入籍后，也容易在政府相关的单位找到工作。至于要回国发展，那肯定得是国内有好机会才回去。如果没有好机会，根本不会回去的，也用不着回去，有公民身份在新加坡谋生并不难。如果碰到好机会，新加坡国籍不光不是问题，还会是一种优势。

一个人回所以还不能确定是否是真的好机会，得一年后才能判定。。。

最好能分享一下行业和工作性质不然会误导别人。国内的猎头也有联系过我，像蚂蚁金服之类的公司都无法match这边的税前薪水（类似级别）。不知道你找了什么工作 薪酬可以比这边高两三倍？

一年后再分享只能告诉你是因为职位不一样，我回国工作拿的是高管职位，在新加坡的工作就一个高级点的实验员而已。。。

不解的点就在这儿既然没有管理经验 为什么会被以高管的身份被挖回去。可能你的领域比较特别吧，但现在多数行业 坡县的工作经验并不怎么值钱，好比你是这边grab shopee的一个普通developer，回国别说去做互联网大厂的高管，能不降级就不错了。

你不常看我的发帖吧我去年不是发过考PMP的分享贴吗？没有项目管理经验能考得了PMP吗？在新加坡语言和文化受限，年龄是劣势。回国的话，这些劣势都变成优势了，你去搜一下“外国人来华工作”和“积分要素计分赋值表”就知道了。

其实我在想会不会你提到的这两家是特例因为国内的几家大厂有一种grab和shopee是他们的附属子公司的优越感。

应该说是越来越普遍的现象吧坡上现在领先于国内的领域有几个，能列出来吗？落后国家的小兵 还想去先进国家当高管？不懂这个论坛上的部分人密之自信是哪来的

PA没有明确的时间条款。我打了好多电话，咨询了PA的人被告知的。
火锅那边成功了那说明他那个区可以这么操作吧。我这边我明确问了，人家说不可以。

确实。国内发展前景一般肯定大一点。但也看行业，也有卸磨杀驴的。翻一倍见过，但两三倍的确实少见。只能说好牛。。。要么就是这边的严重under pay.

Dear CCC/CCMC/RC/NC Chairmen,
The Ministry of Education (MOE) Primary One Registration Priority Scheme for eligible Grassroots Leaders (GRLs)/CDC District Councillors who wish to register their children under Phase 2B for admission to Primary One classes in 2018 is now open for application till 7th June 2017.
Eligibility
2 Only the following are eligible to apply under the Scheme:
(a) CDC District Councillors who have completed at least two years of active continuous service immediately prior to their application
(i.e. appointed on or before 30 June 2015); and
(b) GRLs of CCC, CCMC, RC and NC who have completed at least two years of active continuous service immediately prior to their application (i.e. appointed on or before 30 June 2015 and subject to the local constituency’s internal requirements, if any).

Application Procedures
4 Interested and eligible CDC District Councillors/GRLs are to apply online via the Grassroots Connect at www.grassrootsconnect.org.sg from now till 7 June 2017.
GRLs may download the User Guide for the MOE Primary One module from the Grassroots Connect. Please note that:
(a) Only CDC District Councillors, and GRLs of the CCC, CCMC, RC and NC who meet the two-year minimum service requirement are able to access the application module in the Grassroots Connect. Grassroots Members are not eligible;
(b) Applicants must be the legal parents of the child (grandparents and guardians are strictly not allowed, adopted children must be highlighted and MOE’s advice sought);
(c) Child must be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with valid entry/re-entry permit born between 2 January 2011 and 1 January 2012 (both dates inclusive);
(d) Applicants are to ensure that the addresses used in their applications are their updated residential addresses and the same as that in their NRICs;
(e) The addresses in the NRIC of the applicants and their spouses must be the same; and
(f) CDC District Councillors/GRLs may contact the Helpdesk at Tel: 65682649 or email to [email protected] if they encounter any technical issues on online application.

不是博士么？严谨点好么？我的观点很简单，让围观群众自己去find out. 每个区可能不一样。他们自己打个电话了解一下就可以了。你非要拿你的那个成功经验以偏概全的告诉所有人按你说的走。你这样还回国当高管，也是醉了。。。

没毛病高管就是要说大家跟我走。。。 话说回来，分享经验是值得鼓励的，大家都是对自己负责，需要有自己的判断和确认，不必强求分享的观点和经验一定要准确无误

2015年的政策里面也是有这么一句话，自己去理解吧(b) GRLs of CCC, CCMC, RC and NC who have completed at least one year of active continuous service immediately prior to their application (i.e. appointed on or before 30 June 2014 and subject to the local constituency’s internal requirements, if any). 意思是在2014年6月30日之前转正并且符合选区内定要求的GRLs才有资格参加小一2b报名。

另外这条路应该是走得通的，相关讨论不少，Kiasu上也有，有兴趣的再仔细确认下吧 example: you serve in "A" GRC (all qualifying conditions met) you stay in "Z" GRC. the PA letter, will be from your CD in "A" GRC - with his/her title of a CD of a CC in "A" GRC indicating your involvement in a RC/NC in "A" GRC In the same letter, it will also indicate that you are ONLY allowed to apply under phase 2B, schools within "Z" GRC.
