谢谢了，所以bonus是跟公务员的什么variable bonus一致吗？然后那个公务员的variable bonus是按经济情况而定，所以跟自己的performance关系不大？

对，variable bonus 跟随公务员，performance bonusPerformance bonus看个人表现, 大概2到4个月。每年加薪额也由performance 决定。
