明年今日 • • 46297 次浏览（联合早报网讯）本地非有地私宅上个月的整体转售价格由跌转升，小型公寓、中央区和非中央区单位转售价格都有上涨。
今天午间公布的国大房地产价格指数（NUS SRPI）预估数据显示，今年6月本地非有地私宅转售价格上扬0.6％，逆转上月下跌0.9％的局势。
所有地区的整体公寓转售价格都出现上扬，中央区单位（不包括小型公寓）转售价起0.7％，非中央区单位（不包括小型公寓）起0.4％，小型公寓转售价的涨幅最小，为0.2％。
