他们银行一直有这漏洞想贷款只用一笔初始资金(取决要贷多少,一般10万+贷款额度的20%)开VIP户头,
接着用合适的抵押物就能贷到一笔钱,10万-100万(新币或美元)都没问题,我们这边都有成功的例子,
接着再取消VIP户头可以撤走初始资金换成普通户头,

已经收紧了,7月4号起外国人最高贷款额度70%80%的要求不低:
Dear business partners,
Thank you very much for your constant support, especially in referral of offshore foreigner clients to our bank over the past few years.
Please note that this will not affect existing clients who have submitted IPA formally to us with complete documents.
We would like to inform that with effect from 4th July 2016, our bank is implementing the following changes:
1) For offshore foreigner clients (based overseas/dependent pass),1st SG property loan would be capped at 70% LTV for straight forward cases.
If offshore foreigner clients are still keen to proceed with 80% financing, they will have to fulfil the following options
Option 1: 10% lien (of purchase price) to be placed within the bank's fixed deposit as long as loan is with our bank.
Option 2: At point of application, become a preferred customer, opening a deposit account with initial deposit equivalent to SGD 250k worth of deposits
Option 3: If client is not able to open a preferred banking account during point of application, there is an option to place special conditions for client to become a preferred customer by loan disbursement, with SGD 250k worth of deposits
2) For the following clients, 80% financing on 1st SG property loan is still applicable
- Foreigners with EP, working in SG
- Singaporeans / PRs working overseas
