这个意思是当前工作情况表填写日期与提交ica日期要在一个月以内? 十月四号填写的现在不能使用了吗？

字面意思是那样，你想试试case by case也是可以的，单为啥不要遵守规则呢。。

当时应该算好时间的嘛。。。如果不想找HR，那么就只有试试了。。。

Employer letter是必须的，注明的是你个人的情况，职位薪水入职时间等等。。。
