按照exercise OTP date 或者 S&P sign date 算起 满四年就免卖家印花税。
2017年3月11日以后购买的满3年就免卖家印花税 -

Date of Sale/ Disposal refers to:- Date of execution of Option to Purchase by the buyer to the seller’s offer to sell
- Date of Sale & Purchase Agreement signed by the seller and buyer
- Date of transfer where (1) and (2) are not applicable
