闲聊一下，我9月17号上交了Pre-Marriage LTVP Assessment请问一般多久能下来呀?  我看网上是写的up to 4 wks， 如果ROM 的时候没有拿到这个信，申请LTVP 会有什么影响吗。 谢谢
