目前自己想到了以下的SWOT项。
S:
- 20% salary increase
- more bonus(3-5 months)
- 5 days more annual leave( 21 days)
- State-owned company, no pressure of layoffs.
- Work pace is slower.
W:
- Office is far, almost 1 hour from home by shuttle bus/MRT
- Low pressure of skills refresh
- Clinic insurance doesn’t cover family
- More process & regulation
- Politics & not tech driven
O:
- Know singapore/singaporean better.
- Knowing a different industry.
T:
- Majority of the staff are singaporean.
- Measure performance by relationship?
- No good position in the market in 3-5 years.
