请问我这样能申请公民嘛

之所以这么问，是因为在网上上看到下图，所以有点疑惑

你可以申请，你老婆不行，她必须先申请PR。

请问你在哪里找到这一段文字的？怎么我只看到以下这段：The following persons may be considered for Singapore Citizenship:
•A Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) who is at least 21 years and has been a PR for at least 2 years. The person can apply together with his / her spouse and unmarried children below 21 years of age.
•Spouse of Singapore Citizen who has been married for at least 2 years, and has been a Singapore Permanent Resident for at least 2 years.
•Overseas-born child of a Singapore citizen; the parents must be legally married. -
