六月六九头鸟 • • 19624 次浏览bto选房，之前有计划老婆回国，写信问hdb回复可以一个人选房，不用2个人都在场。所以老婆就按计划回国。
刚收到信要求双方身份证原件，可我老婆在中国，她的身份证原件在她手上，只有ic复印件，不知道行不行？有人经历过么？写信

选房的时候不是双方都要签名么？可以一个人去的嘛？？叫你老婆把身份证寄来呀

打去HDB问比较实际。我买房的时候要2个人都在场签名。

我选房子时我们夫妻只有一个人去了，另外一个人出国了。一方给另一方写了个授权书就可以了。

请问楼上的，那身份证啦，还要双方的身份证原件么？还是一方原件一方复印件就行。感恩！

update 一下，
已经选好啦，bto选房可以一个人去，当然要带另外一个owner身份证复印件，payslip,结婚证明等。不需要钱authorization form.
所有有人出国也没问题，一个人留守就行。
只有执行otp有些文件需要2个人签，文件需要一个月以内要上交 -

(i) attend the selection exercise on ___________________ and select a flat on
my/our behalf; and
(ii) pay the Option Fee, sign and acknowledge receipt of the ‘Option To Purchase’
form on my/our behalf; or
(iii) acknowledge receipt of the ‘Letter Of Confirmation’ (for SERS applicants) on
my/our behalf.
2 I/We understand that:-
(i) the above named person will have to produce my personal documents (e.g. copies of Identity Cards, payslips, etc.) for HDB's verification; and
(ii) I/We must accept the selection made by the above named person, and I/we
cannot re-select another flat later.
