工作职位：电子商务运营主管，负责我们品牌的在线销售。
工作内容：
*需要具备出色的沟通能力、时间管理能力，并且能同时处理多项任务。
*在多个本地电子市场(如Shopee,Facebook,抖音，TIKTOK,小红书，INS等等) 管理产品植入和促销活动。
*管理新产品上传、产品细节维护和网站促销活动
*分析并报告所有电子市场上的产品销售业绩
*跟踪和衡量活动/促销活动的有效性
*与运营，采购，司机团队合作，确保订单按时完成
*回答客户有关订单交付和履行的问题
*营销策略组合包括电子邮件、社交媒体、搜索引擎优化和重新定位
*与设计师 协作，为电子邮件和社交内容提供创意指导，以及推广策略和实施

要求
*新加坡人/PR/家属准证/马来西亚人/台湾人/
这个职位要求在相关领域至少有一年的工作经验。
拥有数字营销或同等专业的高级管理人员优先。
考生必须至少拥有高等中学/预科/ a水平/大学，文凭及以上。

E- commerce digital Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Support in managing ecommerce channels on marketplaces (Web, facebook, Shopee,  Instagram,TikTok, Wechat, Whatsapp, Red)

-Ensure timely execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various marketplaces

-Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in a timely manner

-Handle day to day transactional activities

-Maintain and ensure catalog, price of the product, and stock status are up to date on platforms

-Other day-to-day operation/customer service / logistics-related matters in regards to running an e-Commerce business

-Work closely with the Purchase department/Marketing Department/Driver  to resolve inquiries and issues

Ideal Candidate:

-Have a keen interest in ecommerce and digital marketing

-Experience in managing marketplace or e-commerce sites preferred

-Able to handle daily order flow and operate marketplace Seller Centre (Web, facebook,  Instagram,Shopee, TikTok, Wechat , Whatsapp, Red)

-Familiar with basic graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop will be an advantage-Digital marketing / ecommerce certification is a plus
