Responsibilities:
• Independently execute full sets of accounts.
• Liaise with headquarters and overseas companies on intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• prepare month end reports and management flux analysis.
• work with accounting and tax firms to prepare financial statements for statutory and tax reporting
Position Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant accounting and finance related field.
• Degree in accounting or related required
• Good communication and effective stake-holder management skills, Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with partners in China
• Able to start in short notice
• Proficient in employment act, government regulatory guidelines and local tax legislations
