Responsibilities

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the Company’s IT infrastructure；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Provides IT technical support for logistics operations systems including planning, setting up, troubleshooting and implementation (applications, network, etc.)；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Maintain technical documentation, configuration procedures and best practices；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Responsible for small scale project management, development, quality assurance and security, etc；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Analytical and logical, the incumbent is required to manage small scale IT projects and analyze IT issues raised；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Expected to deal with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish work；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Any other adhoc tasks as assigned.

　

Requirements :

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Diploma in IT related discipline；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Good knowledge of internet and system securities；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Clearly communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and support technology projects；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Able to work independently (sole IT person)；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Able to converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Helpful personality, positive work attitude and customer oriented；

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·　　　　　　　　<!--[endif]-->Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
