Job Description
Perform day to day operational matters pertaining to Account Receivables, Payables and General Ledger.
Handle full set of accounts including GST returns, tax matters and audit matters.
Prepare monthly financial reports, audit schedules and variance analysis. Maintain fixed assets register.
Assisting in the closing of month-end and year-end accounts and providing support to facilitate prompt and accurate grant claim submission and audits.
Provide support during audits. Assist with meeting logistics. Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or Business Management.
3-5 years of accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
Able to work independently.
Willing to work a start up company.
A good team player, proactive and have good communication skills. Bilingual
