关于买房的income ceiling, 请问自雇人士的income是怎么算的呢？上一年NOA total income /12? 前六个月commission的平均值？还是有其他算法啊？

　

假如2019 NOA total income 1200， 2020 NOA total income 120000， latest六个月的总commission 30000。Monthly income是按照 120000/12=10000？还是会考虑到2019年几乎没赚钱按照 （1200/12+120000/12）/2=5050来算？ 还是30000/6=5000？还是还有什么30% cut一类的？
